I will be running 10 Km on11th May 2013 to raise money for the stroke association.

This a charity close to my heart, as my father has had several strokes. Sadly, each stroke has presented a new physical and mental challenge. 

But with the help of research, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation.... I KNOW WE CAN SAVE MORE OF THE PERSON WE ONCE KNEW. 

Stroke has a greater disability impact than any other medical condition. 

I would greatly appreciate any donations that you make. Every bit will help this chairity change and save lives .
