Thanks for visiting my fundraising page and for considering donating money.  I really need all the encouragment that I can get to complete this challenge!

As part of the Triathalon I will be:

Swimming 500 metres (in an open air brine pool in May in England, eek!)

Cycling 20 kilometres on Mikey the Bikey

Running (or maybe joggin by this point!) 5 kilometres

These distances are all done BACK to BACK.... straight from the pool onto the bike...with no time to change or dry off. 

If you still aren't convinced that this Sprint Triathalon is a challenge then let me also tell you that for maximum comfort (i.e. reduced chaffing) then I will also be wearing an ALL IN ONE SPANDEX SUIT!  Not being catwoman and a size 8 then this isn't going to be my best wardrobe moment!
