If you know me well, you will know that I like a challenge!! This year I have decided to run the 2014 Great North Run in order to raise some money for a very worthy charity - Marie Curie Cancer Care!!

The furthest that I have ever run until some degree of training commenced recently was10km so running a half marathon (13.1 miles 21.09 km) is quite the step up!!

Marie Curie Cancer Care do some excellent work and if you could kindly donate whatever you can that would be most appreciated!!
