Basic plan is my two mates and me, will start in cookstown at 12 noon on Satuday the 28th of August and cover 113miles right round lough neagh and finish in donaghmore (bout 8 miles past dungannon) as fast as we can. They will be running and probably walking at some point and I will be cycling behind carrying whatever they need and I need for this trip. Rough guess 26 to 28 hours of alot of pain. I know times are tight so give what ya can, its a really good charity that takes children with cancer out for fun days and supports their parents also.
