Ok so all this is is swimming, cycling and running. Not that bad, its just like PE but for upto 17 hours accross the hills of sunny Bolton and Lanchashire. WHAT!!!!!!!!! FML!!!! who though of this??!!

Anyway too late now :) 

Now it sounds and looks pretty hard but and the last time i did anything non stop for 17 hours i was sick, but that was drinking in tenerife! 

Bolton Lads and Girls club is a great chartit that gives kids the opportunity to take part in sport and and interact with other kids and deserves all the support it can get. you can see some of the great work they do at  www.boltonladsandgirlsclub.co.uk and you can see how they change kids lives. 

What now? Well i suppose while i get out there and hit the track and pool you can do the hard bit, part with some cash and then come along in July and see a slightly tubby, red faced bloke cross the line and do some good to help others.

** update - im also doing a bit of a cycle ride, its only the first stage of the tour de france so no biggie really. But me and 38 people i have never met, all of whom do way more cycling than me and have been in teams and all sorts, are setting off round yaaarkshire to show wiggo and the rest how its done
