Cycling across the foothills of the Himalayas is something that I have chosen to do. The motivation for doing it is not about raising money for Charity, though people who do such things as very commendable. However, the fact is I am going and poeple have expressed wishing to make a donation.

 

I have chosen the British Heart Foundation as my charity. There are many incredible charities out there doing so much for so many though I had to make a decision. My older brother recently had a heart attack and so a personal connection to this charity was made. He lived and gave up smoking which is good on both accounts!

 

This is a personal trip not organised through the British Heart foundation so any money donated will go to them.
