it has become apparent that simply running the marathon isn't going to be enough to get you to part with your hard earned cash therefore this year I am upping the challenge and running in fancy dress.

the outfit on the left is the one I will be wearing on the day. there is no story behind me dressing as a giant duck other than it is quite funny and more importantly fairly easy to run in.

Hopefully you will support my efforts by sponsoring me. I want to raise as much money as possible for a great charity.
