We are doing a Land's End to John O'Groat's ("LEJOG") Cycling challenge, raising money for the Willow Foundation. We anticipate the total distance to be around 1000 Miles and we are planning to complete this in 13 days, averaging somewhere between 70 and 80 miles a day.

The Willow Foundation is a charity that provides special days for seriously ill 16 - 40 year olds.
