It’s amazing what one agrees to under the influence of the falling down water!!  Apparently I’ve agreed to do my bit for charity and help a worthy cause...

FARLEIGH HOSPICE - WALK FOR LIFE 2008

A year or so ago my mate’s dad sadly passed away in a Farleigh Hospice while suffering a cancer related illness.  By way of saying thank you for the help & support the hospice gave to Paul (my mate) and his family, he has asked a few friends to join him and embark on the official charity walk on 18th May.

So we'll be donning hiking boots and winding our way through the Essex countryside starting from Heybridge and eventually ending in Chelmsford.  Last year 1300 people took part raising £136,000 – this year’s event aims to be even bigger with an estimated 1600 walkers already pledging to take part. So with your support we can help towards beating that total.
