Thanks to all who have sponsored me.  I completed the Reading O2O 10k in 59 minutes and 39 seconds, and ran all the way, thus achieveing both my aims.  Thanks to the fantastic support of my sponsors, I also managed to raise more than £200 for the MS Society.

I have decided to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, which is a cause which is close to me and my family.

I plan to try to achieve two goals in running this race.  The first is to complete it in less than one hour and the second is to run the whole race without stopping.  Last year I managed the first but not the second, so I want to do better this year.
