The Trust gives practical and financial support, developing skills such as confidence and motivation. It works with 14-30 year olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. Since 1976 The Prince of Wales’s charity has helped over half a million young people and continues to support 100 more every day.

| Our personal message: |
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page, now let me tell you about what I'm going to be doing, I've been lucky enough to be chosen by Allianz to join a team of four to complete The Namibia Desert Insurance Challenge 2008. The race will start on the 18th April, where we will have to travel across the 140km stretch of the formidable Skeleton Coastline off South West Africa. The race will involve four activities lasting up to 9 hours per day over four gruelling days; Day 1 – Trekking 18km, Day 2 – Cycling & Abseiling, Day 3 – 60km Cycle, Day 4 - 20km Run I have now completed the challenge and as a team we came 6th out of 9. You will be able to read about our efforts on a web blog in the coming weeks - watch this space! Thanks for your support & contributions......................Chris
