Royal Parks Half Marathon 2009 · 11 October 2009 ·

Shaftesbury is the charity that's committed to enabling people with disabilities to live the life they want to lead. We work helping people to tackle the barriers they face and create a livable life. We believe that the people we support have the right to a full and flourishing life.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I am running the Royal London Parks half marathon on 11th October for Livability which is a charity that works with disabled people. Livability is the new name for the charity formed in 2007 by the merger of John Grooms and The Shaftesbury Society. I will be running with my daughter Kate whos is also raising funds for Livability.

So please dig deep and donate now.
