Training is well under way in preparation for our cylce across France. We will be starting our ride from Calais and will travel south to St. Tropez - in all over 850 miles. We expect to complete the ride in ten days before a well earned rest (for a few days at least!) on the southern coast line.

We want to raise as much money as possible for St Kentigern Hospice who cared for my late wife Maureen (Mo). This ride is a way of giving something back to St Kentigern. It will also assist me in my own personal journey - each turn of the pedal will be completed in Mo's memory.
