BUPA Great North Run 2009 · 20 September 2009 ·

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

As a lot of you will know, I had a 'bit of a drama' last August, and I'm most grateful to the helicopter  team for whisking me into the Freeman hospital, so I've made the slightly rash decision to run The Great North Run to help to pay back my fare! I haven't really done any running since my school days, so it's a bit of a challenge to say the least.  Seriously though, The Great North Air Ambulance is an invaluable service (particularly for the more remote, rural areas) and saves hundreds of lives, and they are completely dependant on gifts and donations for their survival, so any contributions will be greatly appreciated.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Great North Air Ambulance Service gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
