I am running in the London Marathon for Project Dost at the Trnity Centre. Dost (meaning friend) was founded in 2000 initially to provide support to young refugees seperated from thier families.  It has since grown to provide support for a range of vulnerable young people from accross East London with a range of innovative initiatives to do with; education citizensip advocacy .  It is support which promotes the development of healthy minds and active participants in the community. For me Dost matters because I have seen the wok they do, and diference they make.
