Between 15 and 26 June 2009, I'll be cycling 1,050 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise money for Mind - The Mental Health Charity.

Mental health problems can affect anyone, rich or poor, young or old. One in four of us will experience a mental health problem at some point in our lives. Each year 250,000 people are admitted to hospital and 4,000 people take their own lives tmental distress. Mind is a mental health charity working to create a better life for everyone with experience of mental illness. It provides information and support, campaigns to improve policy, attitudes and services and fights for the rights of those who experience mental distress by giving them a voice and making sure that it's heard.
