Hi everyone! Just a quick training update- I went for a 45mile ride yesterday, and took just over 3hours, so I'm feeling more positive about the ride in August! Thanks again for all the donations so far!

I'm really keen to raise as much money as possible for Bowel Cancer UK, by cycling from London to Paris in four days!

I'm doing it for my big sister, Suzy - she's been such an inspiration to me recently, as she continues her fight against Bowel Cancer, and has stayed strong and positive throughout the operations and chemo.

I see this challenge as my opportunity to 'step up', and show my support for Suzy, and others who suffer from this terrible condition.
