My story

Hi Everyone

Thanks for coming on-line to my fund raising site.

Nearly twelve years ago my family were very fortunate to be able to call on the remarkable services of St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich. The reason, my dad Norman Howlett, was in need of the superb facilites the Hospice were able to offer in the final days of his life. Throughout his short stay everyone involved made this traumatic time as stress free beyond our expectations.

Whilst the time has flown by, I am now in the very fortuntate position to be able to 'to do my little bit'  to say a huge thank you to everyone involved at the Hospice.

I am not quite sure why I have agreed to do a 300 km cycle ride - in three days, but it seemed like a good idea at the time! But in order for you all to make your kind donations I am quite sure you would want me to 'go the extra mile - or two'

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: St Elizabeth Hospice (Suffolk) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Any sponsorship you are kind enough to give will, I am sure help the Hospice in their cucial part in so many peoples lives.

Many thanks for your support.

Chris Howlett.
