From the 21st to the 27th March I will be competing in the Rock & Ice Diamond Ultra Race' which is a 6 day, 225km self-sufficiency marathon run from Yellowknife in the Canadian North West Territories. All competitors must tow a sled or pulk containing all kit required with the exception of water and tents which are provided by the organisers.

It's basically a marathon a day in racing snow shoes where temperatures can dip below -40 so if you can in these times please give generously for this very worthy charity!
