I am sure that most of you are thinking, 'is this the same Chris Langford....surely not!!!' Well, yes it is and the training has started for the 300 mile bike trip in four days!!! this is a great charity which based locally to where I live and makes a massive difference to the kids that get the chance to spend time there enjoying themselves. for me this is a massive thanks to all the people that give their time to help the kids and a little something towards making that difference for the kids - so please help nme by giving what ever you can to help me smash the target of £2000!!!
