Hello folks, thank you very much indeed for sponsoring me
On the 21st May 2012 I'll be setting off on a cycle from St Margaret-at-Cliffe up to Cape Wrath in Scotland to help raise some funds for Emma's Bubble Trust, a charity I've been involved with a little in the past.
Zero planning and even less training will no doubt make this adventure a heady mix of self-induced torture and bitter regret but I've told too many people now...
A few years ago, a mate and I completed a 95-mile row up the Thames from Kingston to Oxford, the 3 Peak 24-hr challenge, a 500-mile cycle around the Irish coast and a 50 mile saunter along the South Downs. In June 2009 I also took part in the 'Ride for Emma' London to Brighton cycle. You can see some photos of our various exploits here if you want:

Thanks to all who have offered words of encouragement along the way!
It's all in support of a fantastic cause and your contribution is appreciated wholeheartedly, hopefully making a real difference to someone who should never have to go through anything like Emma did.
Please read more about the trust here:

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Emma's Bubble Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thanks again for taking the time and digging deep!
Cheers, Chris.
