Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.  I am doing the BUPA Great Capital Run on 20 July 2008.  It is 10K and I am hoping to do it in around an hour but those divers suits are apparently quite heavy.

A big thank you to everyone who has sponsored me.  I can assure you that it is not to pay for the new kitchen.  I have been training quite hard and my time is down to 55 minutes.  However, if it is a hot day, I imagine that I will come in somewhat slower.  Perversely,  I am now looking forward to it.  I will report back after the event.

Well, I got through in 54:32 which I am happy with considering the weather which turned out to be quite warm.  There is still time to sponsor me if you want to.  I have uploaded a photo of me in action.
