On Sunday 15th of May I am running the Manchester 10k Race on behalf of the Christie Hospital in Manchester. The Christie is my chosen charity as it is where a friend of mine and former Liverpool player Gary Ablett is currently being treated for Cancer.

The Christie is the largest cancer specialist hospital in Europe.

With on and offline donations i think we can get to £20,000...please give what you can...Cancer WILL affect 1 in 3 of us.
