We're running the Great North Run again this year, raising money for Bowel Cancer UK. We're targeting £500 which may seem a lot during the 'credit crunch', but every little helps for this great cause. If you do wish to sponsor us, but would rather do it the old fashioned way, we do have sponsorship forms so please get in touch!

Training is well underway, we will post updates on our progress on the wall of the Facebook group, contact us if you cant find it to join!
