Welsh 3000s Challenge · 14 May 2009

When the sun goes down the working day ends for millions of people without electricity. At the flick of a switch, lives can be instantly changed with a solar light. SolarAid wants to make real, sustainable change happen.

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

We'll be attempting the challenge on Sunday 28th June after spending the night at the top of Snowdon. The aim of the challenge is to complete all peaks over 3000 feet  in Wales without using any form of transport within 24 hours. 15 peaks in total and about 12000 ft of ascents. Given favourable weather conditions we're trying to complete the challenge within 12 hours.
