Over the second May bank holiday I'm doing a charity bike ride for a charity called PROPS and would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me.
PROPS is a local charity in Bristol, Providing Opportunities and Support for children and young adults with special needs. I get to work with some of the kids each week taking them through a fitness class or gym work, in the health club I work in.
Over the bank holiday, me and 49 other volunteers will be cycling from Bristol to Bordeaux, France. Thats 452 miles in 4 days! I did the ride with them 2 years ago from Bristol to Paris which was only 342 miles, so this is a little bit more to contend with!
