After 4 years of cruising around on a bike that was a bit too good for commuting, I've finally signed up for another triathlon, with Tri for Life, out at Woburn Abbey on 8th September. 

Tri for Life set up this triathlon to raise money for Whizz-Kidz, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity and Rays of Sunshine, and they have pledged £150,000 to each to fund specific projects.

I have to raise at least £200, but I'd like to raise much more than this if I can and put the hours at Pools in the Park to good use.
