After warming up on the Thames Turbo sprint triathlon earlier in the year raising money for the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher I have now decided to go a step further and enter the London triathlon.  The Sprint race which I am competing in comprises a 750m open water swim, 20km cycle and a 5km run. 

This time I'm raising money for MaAfrika Tikkun which is a non-governmental non-profit organisation that works toward the transformation of South African communities by caring for vulnerable children and orphans in townships.  It's a great cause and both myself and more importantly the many children that MaAfrika Tikkun helps would really appreciate your support.
