Friends and colleagues know that I enjoy cycling and have completed some rather crazy cycles in the past so I often get asked when the next one will be.  Well here is the answer:  I am going take part in the Dunwich Dynamo on 19 July this year.

Is this crazy?  Yes!  The ride is a turn-up-and-go challenging slightly-scary free-entry overnight on-road 120 mile bicycle ride. Leaving Hackney Marshes in N E London at about 9pm and arriving at Dunwich on the Suffolk coast sometime between 7 and 9 the next morning.  Although I do cycle regulary I haven't cycled this far in one go before now.

What more can I say apart from please sponsor me?  Whilst you are "a bed" on Saturday 19 July I will be out raising money for Ellenor Lions Hospices.  That will make you feel good and sleep even more soundly!!!
