I am running the British 5k in London on 12th July.  I have decided to run for the Alzheimers Society, not least because of the brilliant work and awareness they raise surrounding the disease, but there are a couple of sufferers in my family, including my Grandma.

So, no matter how big or small, I would love to get some donations to contribute to the charity, whilst reaching my own personal goal of completing a 5k run - my first!
