Yes it's me back for more pain and my feet are in a real mess.

It was hot!! I ran it this year because I wanted to see the sights this time round, it was all a bit of a blur last year with the rain and pace I had sent myself.
The first half was great and I felt really great, but got into docklands and the heat it you. I had to really work to make it to the finish line. So the last 5 miles was a real blur.
I never learn!! NEVER AGAIN... UNTIL NEXT TIME.
Many thanks for your support. NB did you keep an eye out for me on the big day I was wearing the yellow sunflower vest, last year I had 9seconds of coverage on TV, that was easily worth a few pounds in sponsorship don't you think.
