I'm running the Great North Run for the 7th year in September. My chosen charity is OPA (Oesophageal Patients Association) as those who know my partner Graham know he was diagnosed with this terrible disease last year. The charity has helped us both very much as we have been able to join this association online and find out from others how they have coped with pre and post operative problems.
