<p><span style="color: #000000;">Coeliac Disease is where the gut reacts and gets damaged when eating gluten (in cereals wheat, rye and barley). The sole life-long treatment is a strict gluten-free diet. 1 in 100 in the UK are believed to have Coeliac's Disease, the majority go undiagnosed... imagine if you were told you now have to follow a gluten-free diet for life? </span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">£10 = 10 gluten-free Food and Drink Directories, detailing the GF products of manufacturers around the UK. I view these as patients life line, each shopping trip requires planning and consulting their book; easy, accessible & Coeliac UK provide updates to ensure all their food is GF and safe for consumption. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">£15 = 10 information packs for people newly diagnosed; running costs of Coeliac UK helpline offering one to one support; raising awareness of coeliac disease amongst the general public, medical profession and food industries.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">£200 = support campaigning for better diagnosis and management of coeliac disease, improved food labelling, and availability of GF foods</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">£250+ = support medical research into all aspects of coeliac disease</span></p>
