As you may know by now I have a penchant for doing things at dizzying heights and although I'm running out of things to jump off of or out of I've found the perfect challenge for me... I'm going to abseil down Canary Wharf in the name of charity!

Cancer Research is a cause close to my heart as I have seen the devastating effect this had had on some of my closest friends and family so please help me to raise a ton of money for them.

For every £ you donate my company will match the contribution so please be extra generous so we can get as much money as possible to this great cause.

I have opted to do this in fancy dress... the outfit is a closely guarded secret so you'll have to come and join in the fun on the day to see what it is! :)

Meet: Henry Addington's, Canary Riverside, 2pm.

Abseil: 2.30pm on Sunday 10th May 2009 at 20 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf E14!
