I have been raising funds for the learning disability charity Mencap through a fourth overseas challenge event. My minimum sponsorship target was £2,750.

The March 2007 Mencap Vietnam Trek was several days hard trekking in the mountainous North of this fascinating country, a report on the trek, and the fundraising, is at www.theheads.co.uk.
