My name is Christopher Vaughan a live in West Yorkshire and have a genetic condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa , this is a genetic disorder that effects individuals by deterioration of the retinas which causes visual impairments or in certain blindness 

In my case I have no peripheral viion and night blindness this is due to my RP and unfortunately for me and all other suffers of this genetic condition their is currently no cure. I am doing a 10,000ft  tandem skydive in august in order to bring public awareness of this genetic condition which effects Millions of people. Awareness to the general public is important as funds that all are raised are used by to help find a cure. There are many advances in stem cell research and gene theory sofound raising is even more essential.
