In a crisis it’s vital that First Aid is delivered with confidence. We're Scotland's leading First Aid Charity, annually teaching vital life-saving techniques to over 20,000 people. Through our volunteer network we also provide First Aid cover at hundreds of events each year. Together we save lives.

On the 3rd of October 2015 I will be trekking Ben Nevis under the cover of darkness from Sunset to Sunrise to raise funds for St Andrew's First Aid.
