Chris and Lisa are running another marathon! But this is the last one - we promise!

On September 20th we are running the 26.2 miles Berlin Marathon and once again raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Trust.

Many of you have been so generous in the past so we are not looking to raise thousands of pounds. A few hundred would all help to the CF campaign, which will help sufferers like my brother Tim in future years.
