On Saturday 9th May 2015 I, along with others, will be riding from Cardiff to Tenby on my road bike, taking part in the annual event known as the CARTEN 100. The route is 100 miles long, and though it is not a race,  it will be the longest distance I have ever ridden on a bike.

The weather for the past 2 years has been heavy rain and gale force winds, so fingers crossed for a sunny day this year! 

This year the event is raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre which provides support to cancer patients in South Wales.
