In preparation for the Belfast Marathon I ran the Omagh Half Marathon on 21st March 2009, and then training on to do Belfast on 4th May.

For information I completed the Omagh Half in a time of 1:50:46. So I'm well on schedule for Belfast and I'm no longer under any illusions on how tough it will be!
