Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I'll be spending the best part of a week treking into and out of the Grand Canyon.  Camping with the scorpions and rattle snakes will be a challange in itself!!

Your generous donation will go to the Alexander Devine Children's Charity Trust.  Alexander was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour at the tender age of 4. Tragically he lost his courageous battle at the age of 8 years old.

His parents, John and Fiona have set up the trust in memory of their incredible son and their aim is to build and fund Berskshire's first children's hospice.  This much needed accommodation will provide respite and quality time for all the family, palliative care, 24hr emergency care, advice and bereavement imformation and support for the family.

They have already raised over £680,00 but need £1million more.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate as much as you can.

Many thanks,

Cindy. X
