Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society. I'm doing the walk with my sister Hayley and my mum Marian. All of the money we raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference. Just £50 will pay for someone with dementia to go to a Dementia Café session every week for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. And the more we raise, the bigger the difference it will make. This is in memory of My Grampy who recently passed away after suffering for a long time with Dementia xxx
