<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">In 2012 I am looking to raise money for midlands air ambulance. I am looking to complete 10 challenges in 12 months, I am doing a marathon, a triathlon, climbing the equivalent of the twin towers steps, a rowing challenge, running out lengths of fire hose to the equivalent of the english channel 22 miles a swimathon to complete the english channel in a swimming pool in 12 hours, running to every fire station in "c" division approx 40 miles, a sky dive, a half marathon, and a walkathon. I know I am tired just reading them :0). The reason why I am doing this is because I know a few people in my life who with out this service would not be here today. Also as a firefighter for the west mids, I know how much they do. Every year through donations, midlands air ambulance have to raise 6 million pounds to keep them in the sky. Midlands air ambulance DO NOT get a single penny off the government, the lottery etc. I really want to show them how much they mean to us in the midlands so please please please dig deep, and keep them saving lives thanks Claire x</span></strong></p>
