I am supporting FOCSA - a charity that works to change the lives of extremely poor, abused children in Colombia. (Friends of Colombia for Social Aid. Registered Charity No. 274778)

I completed a 5K in Hyde Park last sunday - 5th September to raise money for FOSCA!  I finally managed to create a Just Giving page as many friends have asked where you can donate!  Here it is - sorry - after the event! 

Money is being collected until the end of October so please give as much or as little as you can - everything will be greatly appreciated.
