Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page.  Due to a lack of keen volunteers to take part, myself and Caroline Gibson will be the only girls representing Sheffield Haworth in the JP Morgan run on Thursday 9th July and we have less than a WEEK to prepare ourselves for it!  We will be running 5.6k around Battersea Park which will be quite a challenge given the recent very hot weather and complete lack of time to do any training!  More importantly we are aiming to raise £200 for Fair Havens Hospice, one of Sheffield Haworth’s chosen charities for 2009 (http://www.fairhavens.org.uk).

This is an exceptionally worthwhile cause and we are desperate to raise as much money as possible to help them in the incredible work they do supporting terminally ill people and their families.  Please, please dig deep so that we can reach our target.  Any contribution, however small, will make a huge difference and will be very gratefully received.
