Millions of people each year suffer from Heart Disease.  I myself have a personal experience of this with my father who died of the disease aged only 52. 

So with this in mind I have decided to help raise much needed cash for the British Heart Foundation to help them improve the health and wellbeing of millions of people in the UK.

I am taking part in a trek across the Sahara Desert and will be walking 100km in 8 days.  I’ve already started a tough 16 week training program in preparation of this challenge.
