I am doing the London Run To The Beat which is a half marathon on Sunday 5th October 2008. All proceeds will be going to the Ealing Primary Care Trust who helped and cared for my Dad through his battle with cancer last year. This is one way I feel that I can show my appreciation and thanks for all of their help and kindness during this difficult time.
