SPORT4LIFE is a great charity that helps change lives through helping people get active. The benefits are so much more than just exercise. They focus on helping people who don't have much else to get excited about in life so please give generously and help bring hope to people.
I'd like to say I'm terrified of heights or plane phobic or something to make you give more generously but the truth is I just couldn't face another marathon!!
