Earl Mountbatten Hospice - Walk the Wight · 18 May 2008 ·

Mountbatten is the Isle of Wight's only hospice and is known for innovation across the UK and beyond. We provide expert medical, nursing and domiciliary end of life care and bereavement support to people in their own homes, including care homes, in our Newport building and in the local hospital.

Story

I have now completed the walk, doing 26.7 miles in 11 hours and 9 minutes! You are still able to make donations and I have roughly £50 to get before I reach my target. Thank you ever so much once again for all of your support

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Along with three other Intel collegues, on the 18th May I will be walking from Bembridge, (furthest east point), to Alum Bay, (Furthest west point), of the Isle of Wight.  The walk is 26.5 miles in total and will take approx: 13 hours.

I really hope that you can sponsor me as I am hoping to raise £400 for the Earl Mountbatton Hospice. The Earl Mountbatten Hospice is a Specialist Palliative Care Centre offering people with a progressive life-threatening illness the opportunity to live as fully as possible and those close to them the opportunity of support.
