I am running the Flora London Marathon on 23rd April 2006 in honour of my friend Sally Woods who died in 1992. She would have been 30 this year and I have chosen the London Marathon as a way of celebrating her life. I am running for St John Ambulance because they helped her when she collapsed.  Not only are you sponsoring me to run the event but also put in the many hours, days and weeks of training that will lead up to the big day. I am aiming to get round in 4hours, a bit of a challenge but that should make it all the more interesting.
